ABOUT SNACKRIGHT

1. Are SNACKRIGHT products halal certified?

Our products are halal certified and produced in a halal certified facility.

2. What is the shelf life of SNACKRIGHT products?

All our snacks come with a ‘Best Before’ label. However, as our snacks do not contain preservatives, we recommend to consume within 2 weeks after opening. Afterall, the fresher, the better.

ABOUT MY DELIVERY

1. How much do you charge for delivery?

WEST MALAYSIA

Deliveries are FREE for orders above MYR 80. All other order amounts will be shipped at a flat rate of MYR 8.

EAST MALAYSIA

All order amounts will be shipped at a flat rate of MYR 15

  1. How long does delivery take?

We target to send out your orders within the timeframe below:-

West Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days

East Malaysia:  4 – 6 business days

  1. Can I get a refund?

At SnackRight, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality and freshness of our products. We will strive to make things right should you not be happy with your purchase. Although we practice a strict no refund policy, we offer 1 – 1 replacements on all substantiated claims.

You may contact us via our contact us page within 14 days from your date of purchase, along with your order number and reason for replacement. Replacement requests thereafter will not be entertained. Please allow 3 working days for our team to get in touch with you.
